1. Those brought up with their parent(s) speaking the same language as their country of residence e.g. A child born and raised in Poland, raised by a polish-speaking guardian(s)


2. A child brought up by surrounded by multiple languages e.g. A child born and raised in Poland, with an English-speaking parent and/or Born in Poland, raised in England (Surrounding language : English)
